Heya.

Is there any faction in Hi-sec (security agents) that I can make missions where I won't be asked to go against the empire factions such as Gallente, Caldari.... etc?

I'd really only like standings to the pirate npc factions like guristas, angels and such.

Thks!

I think the only agents that provide no faction missions are Interbus, but the problem with that option is they don't have a LP store or storyline agents.

Best option is to find an area with a few agents within a couple of jumps and when locked out of one for the 4 hours due to declining faction missions, jump to another nearby agent.

You need to rotate factions it's the only way if you regularly mission. Eg if you lowest faction is Amarr do Amarr until they are the not the lowest anymore, and then move onto what is the lowest faction at that time. If you don't mission often then you could theoretically prop up the -ve hits you take with running the relevant Epic Arc (lvl4) and then the lvl1 epic arc choosing the -ve faction.

You can find opposite faction agents in empire space.

Such as Minmitar agents just 2 jumps from Amarr.

Don't accept missions v.s. the empire factions.

Just jump back and forth between the different faction agents and you will slowly gain standings with all 4 empires.

Try to find two L4 agents within 2 jumps of each other so you can pick and choose the missions you want to run with less chance of getting stuck waiting on the four hour cool down.

very possible just check out http://eveboard.com/pilot/DeMichael_Crimson/standings and of course have a link to "The Plan" https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=10212

I think he is a little crazy, but whatever floats your boat. My personal opinion is kill the frog eaters and rust buckets. -9 something to gallente and -8something to minmatar! I'm thinking of getting that up to -5 or so just so I can go in their space, but am not super enthusiastic about it.

just remember epic arcs give a "free standing boost" to its faction without losing any or much standing (Gallente Arc i believe) to another.

There, it can be done to raise all

However, depends what you want

If you want to get JUST NPC corp standings, without empire standings, skip every single storyline and skip regular missions asking you to go and kill amarr/gallente/caldari/minmatar and you will never gain or lose empire standings.

Epic arcs give free boost to Empire faction and corps involved in the arc, but be carefull, for example in minmatar epic arc you can lose ammatar standings in one mission if you shoot down 4 ammatar detective, same goes for amarr epic arc. There is one mission you can do without firing a shot, if you do, you lose amarr standings.

SoE epic arc gives also boost to any faction you choose, but choosing one certain path will hurt your mordus standings or something.

You'd still lose standings through derived standings. This derived standings bs needs to be looked at.
I am grinding Caldari standings on my trade alt through courier missions, since I am not skilled for fighting at all. If I get security storyline missions, I ask friends to help me. In other words, I havent killed a single ship, and guess what is my Gallente standing? Minus frigging 5! I havent killed a single one of their ships, and I am 'kill on sight'. That is wrong.

Thats because you did storyline missions, thats why you get derived standings, hence I said skip storylines and you'll be fine.
I haven't had standings modified towards empire factions in over a year on one toon and he did shitload of missions.

at -5 you can train diplomacy to lv1 and they won't shoot you. heck depending on how it rounds the might not shoot you anyways. If it really bothers you, it is very easy to raise up a little, or even fix if you want to go that far. Personally I'm -9.68 to gallente and am thinking about fixing that now. I can't really even remember a time when the frog eaters didn't shoot me.

If you don't want to lose faction standing decline storyline missions and those that have you fighting one of the major factions.

Most missions clearly state if you're fighting another faction or if it will effect standings.

Edit: You can decline a mission from a particular agent every 4 hours without any standing loss. It will tell you how long you have left in the mission request window. That's useful if you forget how long it's been. Find an area with several agents so if you get two faction missions in a row you can bounce to the other agent.
