Things certainly seem to have gone from bad to worse for poor Mielikki.

Im sorry for the loss of your freind.

However...
Don't forget capsuleers have been knows to fly sansha ships after liberating the designs from the holds of pesky space zombies that try to interfere in capsuleer business. Including the succubus.

They didn't just destroy the escape pod, though that doesn't count for much when the sansha are known for taking you and fillling your head with implants, and not the nice kind.

But Maybe, just maybe, she didn't just get picked up and turned into a space zombie.

Or maybe im just being optimistic..What?

Fancy a roam through Sansha territories?

As the reporter Mielikki Valpuri is still in recovery, It has been requested of me to forward her message to this Capsuleer section of the GalNet. She was informed of this public outreach shortly after identification, something that pleasantly surprised her.

Forwarded Message wrote:
To the citizens of New Eden -

First, gratitude and respect to the Elders. It is through their blood, the blood of the Brutor and the Matari, that I am able to write to you all. Their wisdom had guided me through a darkness tso bleak; I thought I would never see light again. I own my life to the strength of my People and my Nation.

Second, gratitude and respect to Ghost Hunter, True Slave Foundations and The Sansha’s Nation. I owe them my life. They rescued me and are doing everything in their ability to aide my recovery. I am in their debt.

Ghost Hunter and his associates have informed me of the public out pour of concern over the disappearance of the Raskaan Veyden. It humbles me. It humbles all of us; the crew of the Raskaan Veyden and I. We are overwhelmed by the time and energy spent in trying to recover us from the wormhole. I urge you to put your fears and mind at ease as we are in safe hands.

Now is a time of recovery for us. The past two months have been nothing short of strenuous. The crew of the Raskaan Veyden feels the same. My mind, my body and my very spirit are fatigued. True Slave Foundations have been gracious in offering their services to speed our recovery. For this am I also grateful.

My respect and gratitude New Eden

It is always the worst when people think of Nation, and never the great good it does.

The survivors of the Frigate-class wreck we identified as the Raskaan Veyden are at our Shabayev. We have tended to their immediate medical needs, and you can be assured they are in good health - if only physically. The trauma of their tragedy is much more difficult to heal.

The Media has a reputation for not always telling the truth, and for not reporting on the more humane side of groups like Sansha's Nation, something that Nation doesn't help. The recent and ongoing incursions by Nation have only pushed Nations humane side even further to the background, and have served to make Nation out to be nothing short of pure evil.

That said, I am truly delighted to hear that Ms Valpuri is alive and well, and recovering. And I truly hope that Nations involvement in her rescue is indeed a sign that at last some within Nation are not the pure evil the media portrays them as. And as someone else already mentioned, please return Ms Valpuri and the rest of the crew of the Raskaan Veyden to their families as soon as it is medically safe for them to be moved, assuming they do not wish to remain with Nation

Why not, it's fairly close to our current area of operations.
Will talk to you at some point over the weekend to discuss specifics.

Very much agreed. I have nothing against the sansha as such, i've just never been overly drawn to them. Most probaly a result of the one sided views made by most media when reporting on them, and the fact all the encounters i've had with them they have been on the opposing side. In any case I hope the survivors make a speedy recovery and are soon returned home to freinds and family, or wherever it may be that they wish to return to.

It is the business and the duty of the media of the land to report that those who oppose the land are nothing but heartless, mindless monsters. At no point in history has this ever been an actual truth.

We fight you, but we do not hate you.

As much as the official Tech4 press release reiterates what we are asked to believe are Mielikki's words, I cannot help but be concerned.

Mielikki is a young woman with a promising career ahead of her, she is bright and vivacious with a fiery temperament and this shows in her writing style, with which I am familiar. The message released by the True Slave Foundations Overseer called Ghost Hunter does not ring entirely true with me - something in her words is awry. This may simply be that she is subdued and shaken due to her experiences, but I have studied Sansha's Nation and other influences cannot be discounted.

I am grateful that she is alleged to have survived and am mindful of inflaming a diplomatic incident, but it is my belief that all measures should be considered to expediate Mielikki's immediate and healthy return.

Let us not forget the millions of souls that have been unwillingly taken from their homes by Sansha's Nation hordes and never heard from again. Or the more disturbing stories of the lives they now lead in mechanical servitude if they have not already been slaughtered in Kuvakei's senseless war against humanity.

In the name of Mielikki's Elders, my God and Empress or whatever other civilised beliefs you hold, please someone return her to us before they change her.

Speaking of.

I am concerned about the tone of this newspiece. The word abduction is used, rather than the more appropriate word 'Rescue'. Had we not intervened, Mielikki and the others would have died. We are treating them at our facility, and they will be released whenever they are deemed by our medical experts to be healthy and recovered enough for space travel.

This is the same procedure that you will find in any medical facility. There is no reason to change it because it works rather well, in Nation and in your own various empires.

Have patience, your people will be returned to you.

I'd like to say that it is probably for the best that Mielikki and her crew are returned to Minmatar space with extreme predjudice. Do not draw these mortals into this conflict between the Nation and the Empires.

Thank goodness Ms. Valpuri is out of the Wormhole. It should be easier to find her if True Slave Foundations is based in normal space. But I am not jumping to conclusions just yet about True Slave Foundations. They are still capsuleers for what it is worth.

If she has been altered, Professor Tedanih, can you create a clone for her like you attempted with Empress? If so, when a capsuleer jump clones it leaves all the implants behind. Can this be somehow used to save Ms. Valpuri? Can you possibly move her consciousness into a clone you create leaving the Sansha bits behind? I apologize if I am incorrect in my beliefs, I am no scientist. True Slave Foundations, please don’t take this the wrong way I am just interested in the science and not saying you have already altered Ms. Valpuri.

Anyways I hope Ms. Valpuri has not left the fire just to end up in the frying pan...

My thoughts are with you, I stand ready if you need assistance.

We're not intending to. Neither will we prematurely release people who are in need of Intensive care before they are stabilized.

Why is everyone assuming the worst in this? We found them, by accident, and are caring for them as would anyone with a shred of decency. They'll be free to do whatever they want to once we can be sure they aren't going to die in transit.

Rhapsodey and myself would be more than willing to do a pickup , even if they're not completely stable. I didn't spend 20 years in as a Navy medical officer for nothing.

They will be released when they are medically cleared, not sooner. Some of them were in very poor condition when we rescued them.

They will be released to their own recognizance the moment they are cleared to be so.
