Refining Array equipment level

So the new equation for reprocessing is:

Station Equipment × ( 1 + Reprocessing × 0.03 ) × ( 1 + Reprocessing Efficiency × 0.02 ) × ( 1 + Ore Processing × 0.02 ) × ( 1 + Implant)

What is the Station Equipment for the Refining array? I can't seem to find it. Is it 50% or 35% or what?

Thanks for your help.

Also while I'm at it, is there a module that allows me to reprocess loot?

x.54 for intensive reprocessing array and x.52 for reprocessing array. Check the item info.

And as far as I know you can reprocess anything in them.
