Hey folks, Just an idea for additional content in Sov held nullsec.

An agent convoy from an empire of perhaps random origin, appears in system, near the IHUB (or random space with a beacon) and generates missions (of varying difficulty based on the military index of the system).

the missions would fucntion exactly as they do in highsec. with no limits on the number of missions generated just like in high sec. if 100 people want to farm missions from them, then 100 people can farm missions.

this is key, they spawn throuought the day, but only a couple times, maybe even once or twice. THEY ARE KILLABLE! they dont have fantastic amounts of HP's. perhaps HP and tank similar to a sub officer high grade NPC spawn ala true sansha, or dread guristas. there will be escort ships so solo ships will be in a tough spot if they try to kill the NPC.

these would generate heaps of cash for the occupants of the system. and their destruction would be significant in reducing the economic viability of the system.

it would be wise to see them defended constantly else lose the ability to run missions in that system for the day/till respawn.

would allow small gangs the ability to effect the economic output of an area by destroying them consistently.

would create points of conflict NOT on a gate or starbase/station.

what do you folks think?

pros - cons?

thanks for your time.
