This is mostly behind the scenes stuff, like Mittani berating Montolio on jabber. And none of this is about Chribba, or high sec or PL. It's about TEST being bored out of their skulls from the sea of blue that Mittani has everyone swimming in. His policy of making nicey nicey with everyone and collecting allies is pissing everyone in the CFC off. So TEST is like: F Mittens we're gonna fly with PL, at least they kill **** and don't mess around with lolallies and blues. EVERYONE is fair game. This is why there's a current plot within Goon directorate to supplant Mittani through a peaceful coup, he will be able to save face and become a blogger or some **** for PC Gamer or even go work for CCP, and Goons will be happy that his blue ballin, peace-loving, ally gathering, NIP making ass is gone.

You could've set up shop a year ago, as long as you're down with the CVA and the NRDS policy you can do what you want in the area. If TEST installed some renters (with Mittani's permission ofc) and then went home, CVA would boot them out and it'll be back to business as usual. OR, if Mittens decides that they want to try and freeport that place like Delve, then it would be worse for your situation because Goons or TEST can't project that kind of power so far from home (why do you think they needed PL to back them up lol?) and xdeath would never tolerate it anyway even though they are bros with Mittani. And essentially, no one cares about 9-UY anyway, so in a week or two it'll be back to CVA control, who will hand it back over to Chribba. With TEST looking like rtards, Mittani looking like an emo e-dictator, Montolio looking like the puppet he is and the only real winners are PL and CVA who get some instant pew pew.

woawoawoa... who said I'm down with any policy? I just want to be able to dock every now and again. Drop the kids and loot off at the pool if ya dig... I don't need access to any services... just a place to store spaceships. I don't care about politics... I just want to engage in my own brand of low pro d-baggery for profit. Well, I hate to tell ya, it's CVA's space so they make the rules, and it will be CVA's space after TEST goes ADD and goes home, or Mittani orders them home. That's the way it is. Some siege. I rolled right in. I haven't seen a bubble or a system with more than 10 pilots. A test guy here a PL guy there... this is the lamest siege. I am disappoint.
