I'm sure good feedback will be taken on board, however it's all buried in mountains of people whining because everything's "all different". People posting thread after thread of "CCP isn't responding to me directly within minutes of my post, WAAAAH" isn't helpful by a longshot. Especially considering the OPs gripe is that they want to know if taking a tower down with jobs in progress will break stuff. The answer is simple: probably, don't do that. Clearly jobs aren't supposed to run in installations that no longer exist and without the tower consuming fuel, so even if by some miracle it worked, it would be an exploit. Either wait for them to finish or cancel them off.
