In Mavericks you have to press alt when you pull down the Go-menu in order to see the Library. The full path is ~/Library/Application Support/EVE Online/p_drive/User/My Documents/EVE/overview. Put the .xml file in the overview folder and you should be good to go.

"Enduring", "restrained" and "ample" as designations for starship components are foreign to the genre of high-tech science fiction and don’t belong in Eve Online. (And as for “scoped” …)

Hi!
I have the same issue but no folder exists at that location... in fact there's no EVE Online folder at all under App Support.
I've tried saving and exporting an overview from within game and the folder is still not created.
I've even tried creating the folder myself (User? or character/account name?) and still no joy.

The game is able to retain the settings for the overview I create but doing a computer search for a file with the overview name in (or any .xml come to that) shows nothing.

Any ideas? Any help gratefully received!

Ah ha!

Did some digging, found the solution, I was looking in the wrong place.
