How quickly does skill points accrue if you constantly have your training queue running?

low end with out the right remap is 1520sp/hr I believe
high end with right remap and +5 implants is 2700sp/hr

for a month that's between 1.1 mil sp and 1.9 million skillpoints

to be more specific:
SP per minute = PrimaryAttribute + SecondaryAttribute/2
