I hadn't encountered this before but I just had a hacking window that I completed stay all black. It couldn't be closed, only moved, and it persisted until I used the relic analyzer in a relic site. The cause may have been clicking something too quickly during the fade-out animation but in any event the listed fix in the patch notes didn't seem to work.

Started to happen to me while running data sites -- a black frame was left behind after doing one can that would stick around until another can was hacked. Then it was reappearing on the next, and so on, every other can.
