Dust clouds crash my fps

I usually play at 60 fps max graphics 1920X1080.

every time my view includes a dust clouds like in mission pockets and such my fps crashes to 20 :X

I rant about that in the annual survey every year, to no avail. I guess its 'working as intended' for those of us who can't afford to buy a new computer. I have to zoom all the way out and run off the overview when clouds are present, cause...ya know, that's what CCP thinks we want EVE to look like when mission running.
