remove sov, make station and upgrade ownership independent of sov, remove grayscale from the nullsec team
Make fw more casual

1) Fix FW
2) Fix high sec war dec mechanics - perhaps all high sec stations should be kick out stations Twisted
3) Create a better merc tender system - someone puts up a tender in game (as opposed to the fourms) and the mercs put in their bid (I KNOW this one is going to get shot down...)
4) Force Incursions to properly escalate such that they are not farmable for a week. Do this as opposed to reducing ISK. Start out with lots of vanguards and as it is rolled back, have it escalate up with more assaults and finally more HQs whilst reducing the number of lower sites. Once the Mom is found, set a timer (say 6-12 hours) to complete it, otherwise the incursion is failed and no LP is paid out... Adding some more site types and making them a bit more random would also help.
5) Fix mining and drone drops to reduce the ability to bot. At the same time, give the mining ships a slight tank/fitting boost such that real players have a chance of surviving, especially with the new tier 3 battle cruisers...

1 - Faction War. I may consider dabbling in it then.

2 - Normal Mining. Multiple suggestions already here, main point is to make it worthwhile and difficult to bot. Removing Ice completely (replace with PI product) would be nice here.

3 - Moon Mining. Use the POCO/PI mechanic and allow individuals to mine the moon rather than just a select few. Also the POCO should be anchored as replacement of POS, cannot have both at the same moon.

4 - Tweak to Incursion payout in High (see Har Harrison's post above).

5 - If you're going to keep NeX, allow the ability to pay AUR (and several days offline) to completely zero-out a character's standings. This includes agent standings/history, so tag missions should be usable again. Cost should be major (1.5 PLEX?) in order to pay for the guy who will be making DB changes.

Meh, Faction Warfare will be handled in the third installment of the Crucible expansion.

The summer of 2012 expansion will be all about DUST.

5: Make warp-in to system so randomly and greatly spaced that it renders gate camping ineffective. Would only be able to camp for people jumping to a gate, not jumping away from a gate.

Something which changes EVERYTHING.
Like, a new mechanic to overclock ships' CPU/PG at the price of gradual structure damage, the removal of gates, or a complete UI redesign, etc.

1-5. Dominion Mk.II Sovereignty revamp (again).

Nothing of ANY value will ever be done to/with Eve in general until the null monkeys are sated temporarily so they shut the hell up and can get busy doing their jobs which is killing each other 23/7 instead of just a few hours a week.

Winter 2012 on the other hand .... Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

1. The actual nullsec expansion that was promised.

2. Multi-player Incarna (again, what was promised). While it shouldn't be the main focus of CCP, the current state of it is completely pathetic and it is certainly a cancer on the game right now.

3. On going ship balancing. Every expansion having lots and lots tweaks would be great.

4. More content for all PvE. Wormholes, Incursions, Missions, Complexes

5. Factional Warfare

I'd settle for any two of those however. If this expansion goes over remotely well, CCP will think the :lolcustomers: are dealt with, then reassign all the developer resources back to Twilight Online.

Dont know. I will just adapt for whatever comes.

Reading forums i would suggest.

Small gank warfare which actually got any meaning in null sec / apart the bomber squads.

faction warfare which got some meaning on the power of four main empire factions. Losing systems, gaining systems, increasing dominance and wealthfare of the faction you fight for or even more so adding pirate faction to the equation Big smile

Sovereignty changes / altho i dont really mind shooting TCUs and SBUs, and i am not well informed at this subject so i leave it at that.

eye candy ? missile bay hardpoints, others...

and for some, slot machines, poker tables and other casino revenues at station Big smile

Well, lets see.
1. Perma-ban Mittens. The game would only be improved by this. There is no downside to it.
2. To rebuild the sov mechanics. It should beome increasingly difficult and expensive the larger the Alliance gets until it reaches a point of near-impossiblity.
3. Continue ship balancing with more focus on supercaps until they become glorified frieghters and moble hangers.
4. Modular pos design along with improved management UI
5. Improve on low sec in order to make it more rewarding to live/work there. Things like the sec hit you get for fighting in low is stupid. If COncord was so worried about it they would do something wth it. Plus, the smuggling and manufacturing up to meta 4 in low sec were good ideas.

1. Removal of Cyno fields in 0.4 - 0.2 space (restrict Caps to 0.1, null sec & WH space)
2. More content to Low sec
3. Rebalance of T3's (they shouldn't be more powerful than T2's with all the versatility they have fitting wise)
4. More systems (Eve is feeling alot smaller than it used to be!)
5. Anti-pulse Cloak module - It's there, just release it already

Not fired a shot in anger since 2011.... Trigger finger is starting to get somewhat itchy.......
