Summer 2012 Expansion - Name your top 5

1) The POS "Dead Horse"
2) Industrial improvements - a less clikcy and properly tought out UI would be a good start.
3) More meaningful null sec sov system. I mean more meaningful than "lol, throw up ihub and install military lev 5 upgrade". I want to build that empire yaknow. Even if it's just three systems under my flag.
4) Some serious tought spared to the EVE resource system. It does not need to be implemented by the next expansion - but it need "the plan". What is what you want to do. Moon minerals, T2 BPO's vs Invention, PI vision, Stations in null sec, starbases, sov system + empire building + resources in hi sec vs low sec vs null sec vs wormholes. You can do the little details when you get around implementing them but it's good to have an dot on the horizon to aim for.
5) Black Ops. They need those steroids. Oh and while you are at it please castrate supercap blobs. They are not fun.

Here, sanity... niiiice sanity, come to daddy... okay, that's a good sanity... THWONK! GOT the bastard.

1. remove artificial bottlenecks (jump gate mechanics) it's a space mmo, it feels wrong to me
2. make obtaining wealth less about direct isk injections, more worthwhile isk sinks
3. chose something broken and really fix it up, even if little else is done, as long as one thing is fixed proper, it'll be good
4. incursions tweaks
5. make drugs more worthwhile to more players

A little thing which changes everything.

Something neat like being able to overclock your ship's CPU, or overcharge the reactor before undocking. You get structural damage over time, but can obviously fit more stuff. The higher the overclock, the more structure damage. Buff hull reps, too, and you'll see some really interesting fits!

1. Delete ECM. Seriously, ******* nuke it from Orbit, burn it's corpse and finally throw the ashes into an Antimatter reactor.

2. Replace ECM with Missile Disruptors (like turret disruptors, but for missiles)

3. Give Black Ops base range increase to 2.5 ly (ie 5ly with ship pre-req of JDC4), also for fucks sake give them proper T2 resists

4. DEATH TO SUPERCAPS. See option 2 on how to do this

5. Don't really care after that, hell put ponies in if you want

Also, like the idea of ECM going away and never coming back. It's a big dumb idea [how ECM affects the target] . Might as well just send 'exit game and play something else' SIG to target's computer.

2. fix ECM gayness
3. better corp role management
4. fix a million little bugs.

  1. Eliminate moon goo. Make everything build from mins.
  2. Make mining more interesting and/or require constant player input
  3. TERMINATE BOTS WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE
  4. Fix sov so alliances can only hold 1 constellation and any constellation directly connected to the "HQ" constellation via jump gates.
  5. Set supercap build limits per alliance.
  6. Leave high sec alone including incursions and missions. Mining changes only.

I would go for WiS and some indy/mining improvements.
It's been so long since indy and mining was updated for the better of us miners and r&d people.

Some wild stuff!

1. Proper ship HUDs customized to each ship (no more generic flat/boring UI)
2. Ability & animations to land on planets for planet management purposes
3. Ability to land on asteroids and dock to space structures for various purposes, including trading/mining
4. Free roaming thru space using joystick over clicking
5. More variety in PVE stuff

6. See the agents' full body when picking up missions. I should be sitting with them in their office to discuss the matter. That would put the WIS engine to work for the time being!

1. Black Ops Buff.
2. Redistribute moon goo equaly threwout null, stop playing favorites.
3. Self Distruct, you self distruct in combat, your opponent gets a killmail.
4. LowSec, either do something with it or get rid of it, make it part of Empire or NPC null but do something.
5. Incursion Balance/Nerf.

1. Replace 50% of drone poo with bounties
2. Reduce module reprocessing yield by 50%
3. Improved POS & corp interface
4. Rebalance/buff low tier T1 ships
5. Surround each empire with a band of lowsec systems
6. Only allow meta 3 and 4 modules to drop in lowsec
7. Revamp faction warfare (no ideas here)
8. Introduce dynamic moon goo to randomly change bottlenecks and distribution over time (maybe even introduce those comets or rings they mentioned one fanfest!)
9. Randomly increase/decrease loot table drop rates every month/quarter (eg Sleeper salvage)
10. New weird region: maybe new pirate faction or oddity like no stargates
11. Setting self destruct turns all modules off and reduces resists to 0%

5. Sounds like a great idea, great for fw, great for mercs, great for pirates, great for bears. Though could be a problem with freighters ...
