you won't get a sitter for less than 7B ISK...

for a real carrier ratting char, you have to increase you budget up to 10 to 13B ISK :)

Not need 30m sp, starter with basic skills is good for me-12-15m sp.

you wownt get it for 5 bil even if its a 10-15 mil sp
only the books needed cost ~ 1 bil -1.2, transfer tax ~ 1.6 bil... do the math

because people like her like to waste time, in thinking players dont know the value of the char they are selling and hope to low ball them.

however they are right you arent going to get a fully functioning ratter carrier for 5b, your going to have to up it to atleast 10 for a carrier pilot that can rat. even at 10 you might not get one, just depends on seller and availability. hope this helps

I have been hotdropped on by supers and survived. That guy that got killed in his nyx after a year of drops? he dropped on me a week before but couldnt break my tank in time for my support to arrive. if you cant find what you are looking for this auction ends in about a week.
