If i click on char info it needs long to load the infos

Hi,

not sure it is a local problem from my computer or from eve client, but if i want see char informations and click double on a portrait or seek for a name and wanna see informations, then the client is slowing down to nearly freeze, can anyone explain where i can locate this problem to give better informations to fix it?

Maybe its a known problem?

I have the same problem. Every Time I click on an alt in local to check the character's info my computer temporarily seizes up for around 10 to 430 seconds.

It's gotten so bad I now only check alt details when I'm in a safe spot.
