Haven't seen this before, Red stuff over display?

I now have this wierd red stuff all over my display.
Haven't changed any hardware or software.

Was playing eve one night, everything was fine, woke up and started to play again and this issue was happening.
Been like this for 3 days now and have tried cleaning my GFX card, reinstalling drivers.

So now it just stops? Did CCP fix??
Still have not changed anything..
