I was looking for a relatively cheap carrier character with carrier and fighter preferably at level 4-5. I'm not interested in any other skills although being able to fly a dread would be quite handy.

How much am I looking at for a carrier only character? Is it better to train it on this character instead, assuming I'll only have the requirement to sit in it in 90 days?
