Hello there.

Some of you may remember Universal Railways (URAIL for short), and some of you may not.
Regardless, URAIL has been defunct and out of business for a while now. In addition, I've been away from EVE.
However, there are still shares in URAIL on a variety of characters; people who paid 15 million ISK/share (as per this post) to receive those.

That ISK have been mostly idle in the corporate wallet, and have been a growing pain on my conscience. As the company is no longer running, I figure it'd be best to get the ISK back into the hands of investors instead of idle in the corporate wallet.

I deeply apologize for the lack of communication on my part, and for the fact that URAIL died suddenly. There were a number of reasons for this death, but I have no excuse for being so idle or silent. I should have done this back in 2012, when Block Ukx posted about it (and I expressed that I'd be willing to do this - I just never got around to actually doing it). I accept any and all blame.

To, hopefully, make amends, the shares will be bought back at above the purchase price. That is, the buyback offer stands at 20 million ISK/share (this is more than what is currently in the corporate wallet, but I am willing to take that loss). There are currently 10 shareholders outside of URAIL/old management.

I understand that this is a bad compensation and that, for most of you, just a drop in the bucket. It's also WAY overdue.

Please indicate in this post or by evemailing either me or Dezolf (my main). If there are no objections, I will post the current shareholders (this is not done now as I'm sure there might be some who'd rather stay anonymous)

TL;DR: URAIL will be buying back shares at 20 million ISK/share. Sorry for the delay.
