Standing gain for fleeted members and Social Skills

Greetings, I'm an alt salvaging missions with a main.

How do MY Social skills effect my standings, ISK and LP gain if I am a member of a fleet? Am I taking full advantage of the mains V's in Social, Negotiation and Security Connections? or must I train Social skills?

I think it's X gain then let's say you split it each character in the fleet gets 0.5 X then skills kicks in for each member his own personal boosts from skills * the 0.5 X .

In answer to your question, you have to train up the Social skills.

Each individual character in the fleet get's a percentage of the rewards which is then increased by the level of Social skills they have trained.

Except Factions Standings.

There are no Factions Standings sharing in Missions.

In fact, you'd have to petition to have it corrected, if they grant it or not.

Please note: Faction standing increase may not be given if a mission is turned in as a fleet. Faction standing is not supposed to be shared and petitioning it will result in only the pilot receiving the Faction standing increase. Fleet members will only gain Corporation and Agent standing increase.
