I was reading http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/eve-industry-all-you-want-to-know/ and where it titles "BASIC PRICING", I noticed that it implies that all stations with a facility will have ALL the industry needs.
It also talks about Jita and how each type of facility will have its own index.

My question is... so will all stations have all the different types of facilities available?
For example, all will have research labs?

No. What they have now will have after patch. Just unlimited number of lines.

There will be the same number of systems (and NPC stations) with services, there will simply not be a limited number of slots in those systems (and NPC stations).

Install costs for jobs will be based on the fraction of all jobs of that type being done within a a given system. This means you want a system with as few people performing a given activity as possible. The key to minimizing your install costs (if that's what's really driving you) will be to put up a POS in a system with:

1. Very few moons.
2. No stations with the kind of NPC services you mean to pursue.

This will guarantee that your system has very low job install prices, although it will also limit your access to different teams.

Not really anything to do with the question that was asked.

The dev blog is pretty clear
Slots are gone. There is no longer any limit on how much work you can do in a given facility. Anywhere you can start an industry job of any sort, both stations and starbases, is a facility).

Station facilities will remain the same, just the slots are gone...
