we recognize that sometimes it's upsetting to be in the presence of greats. i mean if i really loved to play basketball and really wanted to be good at it i'd probably get frustrated by playing against lebron james and getting squashed and knowing that i was never going to be on that level. and i'm way closer to lebron than most people itt are to us, so it's got to be even worse.

but the thing is we're here to help. you may dislike our swarthy alliance, our rugged good looks and our well-deserved swagger as the preeminent economic group in eve, miles above even our closest competitors (who, i regret to say, are none of you). but we're always dispensing helpful advice that you don't want to hear.

you probably can't ever be us:

You know who were the last Superior Men talking and downtalking like you are? It was BoB propagandists.

You have become like and worse than them, and this is aggravating considering how arrogant they were.

That's why many supported TEST, at least they were still like you were years ago.

people who supported test were idiots hope that helps

I came back to see how this thread was doing, Oh Dear, as a Reminder for some, written in the 'FORUM RULES'

2. Be respectful toward others at all times.

The purpose of the EVE Online forums is to provide a platform for exchange of ideas, and a venue for the discussion of EVE Online. Occasionally there will be conflicts that arise when people voice opinions. Forum users are expected to be courteous when disagreeing with others.

Just thought I would add this, for some strange reason I thought I had entered GD,

I have managed to completely forget what I was going to try and contribute,

Then again this 'Pubbie' as some so offhandedly abuse others with, would rather leave you to your 'constructive comments' and enjoy myself elsewhere.

and now for some more of the same from the Constructive Feedback Consortium.

Let me guess. You researched your BPOS to ridiculously high levels in spite of the fact that they would never be perfect, and are now complaining that they are now actually perfect.

PERFECT > not perfect. And you still complain.

There are a lot of things I would like to say about this. But they would all get me banned from the forums.

You are so correct!!! The only people posting that are "supposed 'economic experts' " are those who "were good at was selling hilariously over-researched bpcs". Yeah RIIIGGGHHTTTT!!!!!!!

I have never (yet) researched a BP nor sold one. Have preferred to buy and use the "hilariously over-researched bpcs" because they were more economical both in terms of production time and more particularly in terms of materials. Both of which contribute to the cost of manufacture.

My major isk making is in trading - which I do rather well at. I have 21 units of graduate studies completed towards an MBA, I have owned my own business in the work-aday-world and I have 6 years experience in retail management -- so I probably know at least a "little" about economics and the market.

Now -- let's hear your credentials.

i believe that you are a MBA grad student because you are completely incapable of separating theory from actual real or in this game, ingame, application

Hmmm - so what you are truly saying - or in this case not saying - is that you have no credentials. Thank you for that admission.

Teams is other bad idea, all the nullsec alliances will win them every time, so you will just see them most of them in nullsec.

Of active teams available in the world right now a little under half are in nullsec/wspace, a very small handful are in lowsec, and the other little under half are in highsec. Please check the facts before you spew out nonsense, thanks.

Let me quote:
"Speaking of teams, looks like all the decent capital manufacturing teams are getting hired in null sec for 20-75 million a pop right now. Its going to be next to impossible to get on to Iges, but I'll keep trying." Inner sanctum of the Ninveah

And I agree there: When someone says "all the nullsec alliances will win them every time" they mean most of the better teams are in nullsec.
I have been looking for good teams (ME teams, TE teams are most of the time not worth the extra wage as we want cost reduction) and most of those are indeed in nullsec. Especially the ones with combined classes (2% class + 4% specific; like Capital / Freighter for building 6% reduced cost freighters)

here is the big secret re: teams and nullsec

prior to crius, there was no reason to build anything in nullsec other than supercaps

every nullsec haver that wanted to do industry did it with neutral alts in highsec

i have it on a reasonable authority that many members of the goonswarm economic warfare cabal, Übermenschen of eve, made a significant amount of money in highsec building things on neutral alts before crius hit

then the patch comes and suddenly there is merit in building in nullsec

thus begins the great exodus of alts of nullsec players, who you'd normally count as highsec industrialists, to nullsec where the superior facilities can be leveraged

teams soon follow

How unsurprising, I come back after some days and I see a flood of posts all from one side.

So, to recap, EvE now consists of:

- Territory control heavily dominated by one.

- Economy partly dominated by one (and I suppose, they are diligently working on fixing the "partly").

- Industry being shifted away to suit and follow.

- Forums just flooded to crush any outsider opinion, any attempt to raise the head.

Speaking on general terms, now EvE consists of two "factions":

- those who took control and dominate with a strong grip.

- the others.

Considering it's now several years that "the others" did not manage to raise any new "champion" they are getting crushed more and more to minimal terms. Past a certain thresold - a thresold possibily already passed, the process becomes irreversible.

Those who could have had a potential to put up a fight and reverse this dominion are well beyond caring, the more they steer EvE away from pleasing a vast, general playerbase (good for continued CCP business) and go towards catering to an elite of Übermensch the less the general playerbase will care.

That's why many supported TEST, they were a possible contender and the last hope to see a change.

I hope CCP will be very good with their marketing targeting and find some new players who are so clueless to not care they are playing a game that not only is aging and getting more and more rigged, but has been won and is done (*).

I won't even bother to get back and read the 99999999999999999999 spam replies, I know will be made.
Welcome to the Machine, clockwork and ruthless till down the smallest details and proclaims. 1 million against one and strictly playing under Sun Tzu and classic Sirloin's Play To Win (at all costs) bibles.

(*) Eagerly awaiting for EvE 4 XBox so dumbed down that it'll provide the ideal player base. We are getting there, years of making EvE more and more "streamlined" would produce such fruits.

There is abselutly nothing about this patch that is good... Those of you that think diferently ....Have abselutly no clue of what your talkin about...

Please tells us more, we need more themepark carebear logic.

I do not know if any of you know the industry in EVE or produces anything but the new system of industry is absolutely wonderful, I can deliver the work anywhere, I perfectly under control what materials I miss them and I choose what to produce according to inventories, all with a click, inventions super fast search and copy always at hand. Question - there are 14,000 lines in the reprocessing table, almost all of whch line up perfectly with the blueprint manufacturing table. Except for a whole 86 lines... (see list below; duplicates in case multiple materials differ in reprocessing / mfg values).

Any reason for this?

Submit it via a BR so you can get an official statement from them saying "It looks okay to us"..
Once you can link it to pew-pew then BR it again and someone who gives 0.02 might actually look at it.

The people who can answer such a question are likely ignoring the thread.
There were a lot of manual adjustments in the changes, It will now get more skewed over time as the changes were there to let them adjust build input without worrying about refine output.
There are only a few items on that list where you could compress or do something similar. It is likely those items will get fixed/changed in the future if they are still usable in that way. As long as output is not greater than Input then there should be no need to worry.

For reference, in the past when some of these items were "changed", ccp would make them non-refinable. I don't think this should ever happen again with the current changes.

When are you going to fix it so that the minerals refined in a corporation Hangar dumping into an Individuals Item Hangar? Oops

This prevents me the CEO from working from the Same STATION as my Corporation Hangar is in. Please return the Refining to the Pre-Crius state.
