Work just ordered me a new laptop and I was wondering if any of you use it, i would likely just gatecamp low sec in small gangs 2-15 man, and train skills while out of town. Settings will be on low with no station environment etc. I am not asking if it will run it - cause i know it will. Just curious to see if anyone is running a smiliar configuration and what is heat/perforamnce like?

The Model has:
1.5ghz i5
13in screen
128gb storage
128gb removeable storage for work files/updates(they shipped this seperately)
4gb ram(only downfall i can think of aside it being a Air.)

Thanks a bunch!

I have a 2011 MBP with i7 and 4GB RAM. Your machine should have no problems at all because with the new Mac client I have very little performance issues. :-)

Hmm...
Well:
- Have fun, works fine. (enough power)
- You might connect the powersupply during gaming.
- Maybe you would like a bigger screen / external Monitor, you'll need a thunderbolt adapter.
- If you want to connect to lan via cable, youe need a thunderbolt ethernet adapter.
- you might want to play with a mouse, but trackpad is fine for me.
- extra external cooling might be nice.
