I used a faction booster fit with cap regen sub and heavies with missile range rig, worked well with 80k missile range, especially in some c3 anoms that have distant spawns. Iirc I had about 508 dps with that fit. Easy 100M/h in c3s.

All Vs and navy heavies you get almost 95km range, 70km with fury. If you have good skills you could drop missile range for cap or for more damage/better application

If thuggin' was a category I'd win a Grammy
