Depending on TZ Rorsins used to be nice and quiet, once spent six hours there and nary a peep.

There is a place near Amarr called Fensi, almost always abandoned. Most of the Genesis region is totally dead with a small gang roaming through every other week or so. If you're looking for a thinly populated area, go there. Not enough fights there for my taste.

Don't worry.
Just have some patience.

The PCU is sliding every week, and the Crius bomb detonates next week.
There will be all kinds of empty space in a month or 2.

There is a nice quiet pocket about 8 jumps from Amarr out through Ealur or something like that. Its out of FW space and fairly quiet and empty a couple jumps past highsec. Highsec is empty to except for a mining group a few jumps away. Its quite a quiet place.
