In EvE, you are entitled to exactly three things:

1. What you can buy.
2. What you can build.
3. What you can steal.

You're asking for a custom product that you didn't help develop. You want it, you are not entitled to it.

Keep searching, or get off of your duff and build your own.


Having said all of that, I'd suggest hitting up the author of a 'blog called Killmail Archivist. They recently did a piece on 'Ceptors where they sorted through lots and lots of kill data in a fashion similar to what you are asking for.
