My suggestion is that you structure this a little differently.

Split the investment into two tranches:

1) 3bil fully collateralised @ 2.5% (will fill easily)
2) 1bil uncollateralised @10% (should fill if you don't screw up the meet and greet)

Those investors who want fully collateralised loans are going to be dubious about the risk involved in the 20% undercollateralisation and are probably not going to be moved by the fact that you are offering a very low interest rate for someone's first offering. Similarly, those who are willing to take a punt on a new face are going to want more than 4% for their risk. By splitting the offering into tranches you get exactly the same effect but you market the right type of debt to the right people rather than asking two pools of people to both compromise their expectations.

I have two things to say:

First, did you mean 2.5% and 10% per month or week? I stated per week interest. (And I think it is high enough to get someone's attention.)

Secondly, I have another thread about uncollateralized loan.The idea behind I created this 80% collateralized offer is that I am new to the forum. I want to build up reputation for myself, and maybe it will take time for an investor to make a deal with, it will also be the first steps building up good reputation. I think there is an investor out there who will to 'risk' 80% collateralized loan with like, for example, one billion isk for a plex as collateral.

Collateral can be your chosen item type. I can directly contract you or can use Chribba service.

Idea behind 80% collateral is that I do not have any assets which isn't in work generating isk. With that extra 20% uncollateralized part, I can effectively increase my working capital. I would be glad to prove you a fair deal, and I know reputation and uncollateralized loans come together, and I don't have it yet, but I really want to prove myself trustworthy. You can 'risk' as low as 100 million isk, and later on, when successful deal made, you can decide wether or not you want to continue your initiall investment or raise it.

I have 4 PLEX to cover the maximum 4 billion loan, but can convert it to any type of item if you want.

I was waiting for this question. Answer is simple. I just wanted to proof my profitability. Of course the bigger capital doesn't provide that much profitability in percentage. Also, I didn't say I have just 100B. I said an 50 bill project would raise my working capital by 25-50%.
