you can hardly compare ratting in nullsec to killing a bunch of miners with no weapons in highsec which have no skill or intention to fight your leet pvp gangs, nullsec isnt just goons you know and that article is about goons fighting npc's which actually put up more of a fight than mining barges, thousands holding your hand? similar to you relying on the safety of concord and the green status so you dont have to engage in any sort of pvp unless you wardec someone who has no chance of killing even a frigate.
