I got hit by a pirate while I talked to the owner about the lag due to too many locator agent running ...
I just barely escaped with 4 Warp stabs on board, all of them online at the same time and with capacitor juice to max output ty.
Hhull was at 39% and it costed 180k to fix, in the nearest 1 or 2 jumps systems due to jumping all over the place.
I opened the game log file which has the pilot name and the damage he caused and entered a bounty.
I will post it in the pirate file.
You asked when I have to go to sleep for work in 2.5 hours.

Lar, if you tell us name of that corp that milked you for money we could all have a laugh and point you to search button which you would allow you to find million threads about recruiting scams of that corp. I suspect it was one of CFC corps and since you always use "best" stuff for everything (like BLOPS to bridge your mining ventures or whatever silly idea it was you indicated in other threads) I bet you wanted to join them because somebody told you they are biggest/richest/whatever corp in game.

Also you are probably the only person who (allegedly) paid some RL money and/or 4bil ISK or whatever your twisted spreadsheets tell your it was for joining a corp and now you cry about having 180k ship repairs to make. And what is even more funny you put bounty on some dude that shot you as it would make any frakking negative impact on his gameplay.

I really admire the guy who wrote code that makes you post those things, he created most amusing forum bot ever :)

On a more Negative Standing Mission topic...

1.
180k was the fastest route to repair instead of looking for a small armor and/or hull repairers.
I work in repair.

It actually let me track him for Bounty Hunting activity.

You do realize that shields are automatically repaired when you dock? So why not just fly an active armor tanked ship? Dominix kinda stands out as a cheap high DPS ship that you can armor tank.

Lar, what I meant was the fact that for somebody who allegedly got 4bil for getting scammed 180k for repairs is not even worth of mentioning. It's like not even a cost, it's an microscopic wallet flux noticeable only by well, you.

Bounties are meaningless because everybody has one and everybody except clueless noobs like you knows there is no real bounty hunting in Eve. So why do you care whether he get exploded or not. And even if you know where he is and what he does what you gonna do about it? Go after some dude who tricks noobs into aggro on daily basis? Oh boy, that would be a blast to get video of this but we all know it will never happen.

I used a Prospect to do Gas Mining and went to get my 5 of 5 Mission for faction standing leading to Gallente Epic Arc rather than Pirates (Epic Arc).
My other 2 ships were, 1 Imiscus, and 1 SB.

Bounties are part of the game and are hidden in fact.
They are not directly related to the game mechanic except for bounties over 1 billion, and even then, more partly so than before.

I will not get into details since it is off topic in this thread.

You will admit that going AFK to do mission on auto-pilot and ganked at the High sec gate with 50% hull is hard to survive.
I managed to warp away.
He wouldn't have made it to the gate intact.

No of course, not, I simply don't have the time.

I just took 5 screenshots of negative standings with missions titles.
There are dates linked to it which I will be able to use later and get the screenshots when I'm not too tired.

Don't be too hard on me , it could make me sick.

As for now, good luck that the ISD don't again close this thread.
It is getting above 66% unclosed thread and they can't stand abusers.
Anything with too much gratuitous abuse that don't sell is ground for use of force.

You will get a standing hit every time you let an offer expire.

"Declining a second" has nothing to do with it.


Do not let offers expire.

In particular do not let storyline missions expire.


they got rid of that mechanic years ago. I've let probably a dozen or so storyline missions (and far more regular missions) expire with no standings hit. I play for a while then get busy and don't log in for a week. just check out my inbox: http://i.imgur.com/RF5X4CB.png

however if you accept the mission and let it expire, well then you get a standings hit. I think it is just as bad as if you fail the mission.
