CPU ship module bug for onlining the module

I m trying to online a module of a ship and can t bring it online since it says i dont have the cpu needed.It always does that when trying to bring any last module online.I have the cpu needed but I can t bring it online .Tried everything cleared cache docking undocking stripping the ship fitting again everything.As I said I have the CPU needed by far to bring online the last module it just says i haven t.This has happened to me many times but now can t find a solution.Wasting hours and couldn t find a solution to that really got me disappointed .
