having another blond moment, could someone kindly post a link to the devblog detailing what will happen to T2 bpcs as a quick visit to singularity has shown some alarming numbers.

Thanks in advance

Negative ME and TE levels work pretty much as you'd expect in this sort of system, being converted into direct percentage values. TE -4 will thus now be shown as TE -100%, and all the various decryptors (and related code) will be updated to match.
...
For transitioning negative ME blueprints, we're just multiplying by 10, while for negative TE we're subtracting 1 and multiplying by 20, which keeps both values roughly the same before and after for the reasons outlined above.

The above has changed since the dev blog was released.

An ML -1 / PL -1 BPC is now ME +9% / PE +18%

Much has changed since the blog. CCP Greyscale started a new thread:

Blueprint data adjustments thread

You should read the comments to the blog, plus the above thread (click on the blue DEV badge to navigate between CCP posts).

Plus there are several Test Server Feedback threads.

Industry for Crius is still a work in progress.

In the Blueprint Data Adjustment thread, it is specifically stated that one of the goals was to remove the negative ME/PE stats on invented T2 BPCs will be removed, and compensated for by increasing the base material requirements for the items in question.

Is this coming in Crius or not?

(And it would go some way to bridge the HUGE gap between Invention and T2 BPO's.)

- for the record, I am not bothered by the existance of T2 BPO's. There simply arent enough in the game to affect the market dramatically enough IMO - the exception being the lower demand T2 ships.

Your alarming numbers aren't far off. I got a +17% cost to manufacture a hound in the same station using the same blueprint. About half of that was install cost at about 1.2 million for a single unit. Supposedly that install cost will go down once the patch is live because it is calculated based on total industrial usage server wide. I posted my +17% number in the dev blog comments and no one seemed to care to respond so I am assuming it is within reason of where they planned.
