Graphics settings stuck on low

Hello,

Around a month ago I stopped playing EVE due to the fact I had a couple of long skills to train up and my mid-terms were coming up. I didn't uninstall the game or cancel my subscription during this time.

After playing again regularly I've noticed my graphics settings are constantly set at low, despite in the options menu saying they are set at high. I've tried a few things, such as adjusting the settings, clearing the game cache and but I've had no luck so far.

Any ideas?

Can you supply a screenshot of how the game looks when its set to low ?
Also a bit info about your system and connection.

Have you also tried reinstalling the game?
