Since they are only reported as being good against capital ships, are they also fine for stationary structures like a POS?

They'd likely work fine on defenses outside the shield, but they wouldn't have the range to target the shield itself.

Remember, even though the shield extends out 15+ km, it's the control tower that you have to damage. This means that only sentry drones can be used to drop a POS shield.

which means supers are out of the question as of 4 years ago when they could no longer drop any drone type
