I was thinking cloaky, similar stats to the prospect, same slot layout, same ore hold size, no ore or gas mining yield bonuses, but a bonus to some kind of special ice harvester that can only be fitted on this ship. Less yield than a barge of course, probably about the same yield as the prospect gets now with Miner II's.

Have you really been mining ? Where are barges immobile ? You know there are 3 classes right ? A procurer and later the Skiff can speed tank Shocked. And they Ice mine too I have heard. You can also fit core stabs. The only thing missing is a cloak, and wait .. Prospect ?!

Thanks for the contribution, I think your judgement is a little unfair, it's a discussion of a potential niche after all. We're all different and we all like different things. I do like people who have strong opinions and a willingness to defend them so I thank you for that.

Edit. I do mine in all 3 barge types, t1 and t2, I like ice at the moment, but that might be a parting fancy.

Dumbing down of Eve Online will result in it's destruction...
