Ships don't appear to have their hull bonuses listed.

Some don't look like they've been updated to match changes performed many patches ago...

Why so bad?
Why isn't this information pulling from server db?

If it's going to be old out-of-date nonsense at best, why not let players edit articles with ISD/whatever approval before a page update is pushed?
(cite accounts that troll/spam the wiki)

On out-of-date-ness: In theory, the data is pulled from the database. In reality, I think the database pulls are very rare, to the point of being quite woefully out of date.

On ship bonuses missing: In Odyssey, the ship bonuses were moved out of the ship's description and into a different attribute in the database, which means that anything relying on displaying the description to show bonuses was suddenly missing them. For a little while, tools like Pyfa were missing descriptions too because of this change. It looks like Evelopedia hasn't yet adapted to the change.

On maintenance: It is technically the job of ISD YARR to maintain/moderate the wiki. I have no idea what the state of that is. You could always submit a support ticket to ask about it or bring problems to attention, or apply to YARR yourself.
