Why arent there any race specific clothing in the NES?

I think race differentiated clothing is a great idea if we have a large selection of choices.

Since the choices of garments is currently small it is better to support characters being able to access all clothing items.

Joffy Aulx-Gao for CSM. Fix links and OGB. Ban stabs from plexes. Fulfill karmic justice.

well, ccp's trying to make it so the capsuleers are shoving off their current racial/empirical backgrounds. so it makes sense the first thing they drop its their race's clothes.

That's a Templar, an Amarr fighter used by carriers.

Once upon a time, in a Eve Online game far, far away, we had racial setups.

Then came CQ and the greed, the RP'er were slaughtered in mass. It was like a million voices cried out and were suddenly silenced.

There were no more Gallente Hats, no more crazy Minmatar hair do. It's all gone son, and it won't ever show up again.

Didn't you know? Gallente fashion usually included transparent clothing a la Blade Runner. Easy to dismiss with a hand-wave before the new character creator because you only got head shots before.

I'd rather just keep my original features but if the Clone gods are going to force us I'm going to have to just make something new up. I'd rather have my old visage back thanks.

I used to have a clear plastic dress with a weird "The Count" collar to it...

Even though my old face was terrifying, I would like the clothes back.

I agree...I can't even tell you how long I've been waiting for our glorious Minmatar breathing masks to make their return. And they should only be for our race like they used to be.
But yeah...I definitely want more clothing items to pick from, and more sci fi looking ones instead of mostly dull modern clothing.

You cant really blame CCP for that. The character customisation is awesome. But people are boring and bland with their choices.

With the shaping of the faces....sure, but clothing wise? We have very little options so not matter what we will all look the same until they start releasing ALOT more apparel items. And a fair bit of them should be race specific imo.
