I've surveyed a number of regions and found DOTLAN to be fairly accurate wrt anythign that isn't a gas. For areas that have incomplete data, well.... it's incomplete. I also expect it does not have the recently seeded R64s, and nothing for any system above 0.3.

Ofc, any R64 or technetium moon listed on dotlan is guaranteed to be taken.
