Small Change to Strip Miners will not Effect Tank or M3

I am that rarest of Miners. I mutibox without Iskboxer, nor do I use a Bot program. I also do not mine HS. I am happy with just about all the changes done in the last few updates. Tanks for Barges and Exhumers are good. The role of each one is great. There is one little thing.....

Every module in Eve has a Audio indicator, "A Module had run out of Charges", except the Strip Miners.

When a Mining Crystal depletes, they just shut down and reload themselves. When you're running 6 miners it is VERY easy to miss the fact that 1 of the 18 strip miners is not running.

Now I'm not asking for them to automatically restart. I suggest we get a Audio message that one of the strip miners has depleted it's crystal. The current message used for all other modules would be more then sufficient.

while i break out in hyves if i even look at a mining laser (from anything other then a loaded gun's scope) i will immediately call for this to be a thing...

I mean there is no reason for this not to be a thing as far as i can tell
