Sensor strength dropping when I undock?

I noticed how cheap a full set of low grade grails was and decided to play around with them, so I plugged some into one of my clones and checked to see how easy it'd be to get my SS above my sig.

While I'm docked with my current fit I have a Sensor Strength of 73.47. When I undock I have a SS of 43.01. (Edit: 43.01 without the ECCM's activated.)

All things affecting SS:
Full set of low grade grails including Omega.
Legion Hull.
Dissolution Sequencer Subsystem.
Two T2 Radar ECCM modules.

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Edit: doing the math by hand and checking everything outside of Eve, 43.01 is the correct value. Reporting this as a bug. Sorry for the confusion folks.

When docked the fitting tool assumes all your mods are active. Hence the discrepancy.

That must exclude resist mods at the very least as my resistance isn't showing the affect of my IF's when docked and if memory serves the same for DCU's and tracking comps.

Check your show info vs the fitting screen both docked and undocked.

Not even close. Both of the ECCM's active puts my SS at 155. I think there was a bug that was counting my implant bonuses twice. I logged out and back in and it stopped happening so it's hard to say.
