You said he took a bunch of ships and a small amount from the corp wallet. It sounds like he just took what he felt he was due. I have to assume he could have taken a lot more but didn't. This then is not theft but someone removing his assets prior to leaving. So your lying and trying to besmirch the good name of an honest capsuleer. As the title says, PSA (Public Service Announcement)

If the corp he is trying to get into to does any background at all they will find this and have a question atleast. I can provide proof to CEOs who mail me in game.

If the corp declines him without looking for proof, it probably is worth a whole lot anyhow.
