Skills stop in the middle of the night.

My skills have been stopping in the middle of the night. Randomly. I have logged in for the past few days in a row and every few days my skill queue would be 7~ hours behind what EVE HQ was saying I was training. And as of today I can no longer restart my skill queue. It is sitting there. Nothing training. As a bitter vet. This saddens me greatly.

Has this happened to anyone. And if so A fix? I have already filed a support ticket. So I hope that turns up something soon.
