Presentation Interval doesn't affect the framerate

Hello,

Here is a problem that really deters me from playing on my Mac :
On my PC, the Presentation Interval works perfectly fine, doing it's job, but on my Mac (Macbook Pro 2013 Retina 13") only the "Immediate" and "Interval One" modes work, giving me ~100 and 60 FPS. The three other settings just act like "Interval One" and keep me at 60 FPS.

I searched a while and didn't see anyone mentioning this problem : am I the first one to experience this issue ?
