BPOs less efficient?

I have a Capital Armor Plates BPO that is ME 10%/TE 20% on SiSi and ME 65/PE 20 on TQ. Showing info on SiSi and looking at Bill of Materials, Manufacturing, I see that it takes 7174 Isogen, 153 Mega, etc. On TQ the same BPO takes 6408 Isogen, 137 Mega, etc. Values are larger on SiSi across the board.

What's with this? Something not updated or do cap component BPOs require more materials now? I know quantities were changed with regard to extra materials and T2 BPOs and BPCs, but cap components don't fit into either of those categories and those changes were made to preserve the current usages. So just wondering, has something not been updated or are material consumption amounts just being changed arbitrarily?

the devs have said that the show info window is screwed up on SISI, use the manufacturing window to get the real amounts
