Is there a way we can get a mouseover to show us a percentage instead of just having to rely on a blue bar? Also, what does it mean when there is a light blue bar and a dark blue bar for a station?

My theory on the light blue vs dark blue bar is the light blue shows the cost factor for the particular job you want to do, while the dark blue shows the highest cost factor across jobs in the system.

But yes, would like a number.
