Amarr punisher nerfed in gun slots or lack of some skill?

stumbled upon a nice video of a Amarr Punisher dealing out some damage in a mission and what got my eye whas how many guns this ship had on it.

I bought the ship and followed the advice on what was fitted and turns out the thing only has 4 high slots Sad

Sooooo im wondering , has this ship been nerfed in its guns or am i lacking some form of skill that unlocks more slots ?

i tried to add a 4th gun at least and got this notice window

*** You cannot fit the (Weapon) I because your ship doesn't have any turret slots left for fitting, possibly because you have already filled your ship with turrets or that the ship simply can not be fitted with turrets.

Turret slots represent how many weapons of a certain type can be fitted on a ship. The current design is over a hundred years old, and is modular enough to allow for a great leeway in the fitting of various weaponry.***

Silly Rabbit. The punisher can fit three turrets and has a fourth utility high slot. All ships are given two 'graphical' turrets per slot on the hull. In the punisher's case that means six turrets are on the hull. You'll notice that only half fire at any given time. (The half facing the target you're shooting at.)

As mentioned before the number of graphical turrets and number of fitted guns does not match. Usually you have 2 graphical guns per slot placed to cover 4 PI solid angle. However in some situations this was not possible and some turrets slots gives you 3 graphical turrets. You need to get familiar with every model and its turret placement to tell how many slots he has filled.

It looks bit odd when you can rotate your ship to bring all guns to bear and shooting only half of them. But this is caused by Eve server not really tracking your ship size and turret placement.
