API Key won't work on Sisi

Hi folks,

Hoping I can get some help with an issue. For some reason my API key, that works fine on Tranquility, gives me a "Key has expired. Contact key owner for access renewal." error on Singularity. I've had the key working on Tranq. for several months now, so I'm confused to what the problem is on Sisi.

Ideas anyone?
