I've heard about lunacy, but this is quite literaly a moontastic job.

Really? Then how do you know that its not intended to be 0.36? Do you have to guess? Is this why Greece, Portugal, etc. . . are in the shyter?

Which leads to absurd constructions like:

29,000 in Denmark is 29.

That or just use the space between as a separator so 29 360,00 moons simple, eh ?

But you muricans still use antiquated cheques and such so having a space between thousands would be too much to ask in a hand writing I suppose.
