Hey all.

Just finished watching the Clarion Call 3 video from Rooks and Kings. As with the previous two, I found it to be a great watch, and informative from the perspective of one that knows sweet FA about PVP.

One question I had though, to Bhaalgorn pilots...during the video Seliah was calling out cap levels of the enemy ships. Just wondering how they are able to tell how much capacitor their target vessel has?

Is it as simple as throwing on a ship scanner in the mid slots and using that, or are there other modules that give you this info?
