eve online wont download says download packet is corrupt

trying to reinstall eve client and it says data package is corrupt i never had this problem before should i just install offline?

eve offline installer wont work, also is erroring out

i tried the fixed installer linked in this thread group but still wont work with the offline installer and online installer. the repair tool is also failing to repair the corrupt data.

The files are present correctly on our download servers, so the download is most likely corrupting further down the line. This is known to happen with some virus scanners that scan the files while they are still being transferred. If it persists despite repeated download attempts, then please try using the "Generic Patcher" you can find on the patches page (link in the last paragraph) or directly at the following URL:
