Industrial Ship for moving frigs

I've been thinking, Why can't we have an industrial to open the ship market to smaller haulers than the boys with freighters/ jump freighters. This hopefully would insure that frigs are always available or at least drive competition

this industrial would have a bonus to moving packaged frigates like the other industrial ships

Frigates are ridiculously easy to move with what is currently available.

Packaged Frigate... 2,500 m3

Cargo bay of Iteron fitted for max cargohold... ~37,000 m3 (~14 packaged frigates)

Fleet hanger space of any Deep Space Transport with level 5 skills... ~62,000 m3 (24 packaged frigates)

And an Orca using its cargo bay and fleet hanger can fit a minimum of 31 packaged frigates... plus about a dozen more "assembled" frigates in its ship hanger. That is a good sized fleet right there.

But you say... "these figures are still too small... I need more space!!"
Well then... you need a freighter... because you are way past "small scale trader/industrialist" when you need more space than an Orca. You are essentially moving entire fleets and resupplying alliances at this point.
