[Proposal] Colored chat channel tabs

Being able to distinguish between similarly named channels would be really nice.

For example, the channels Alliance Blues and Alliance Intel are right next to each other when grouped in a box. It'd be nice to have their tabs colored either red or blue depending on preference.

Nice one, for a second i thought u ment local chat tabs, alos nice, but this one yeah also
