Were moons ever put back in to be able to be bracketed?

Yes. You can add them either via creating an overview setting, and using it as a bracket, or toggle moons on/off in any tab via ctrl+alt+shift+x or something like that.

Did some testing over the weekend. New lists work great. Dark bg is a winner. But having it limited to 15 items could be problematic when there are a lot of brackets. But personally, if there are that many items, I usually go to my overview.

The scrolling has been removed, and now we list only the top 15 brackets (same as the old bracket list).

Can you just make this a user modifiable variable with a range between 1 and 65536 instead of setting it to a static arbitrary number like 15?

well, it can't be crazy long because of screen size (it's placed above the moused over bracket if there is space for the whole list there, otherwise below).

Customizable option where 15 is default? (still plenty of space in the general options tab in the esc screen.)

Thank you for the changes to the bracket list. Its much more manageable and less intrusive now.

The only issue now is tool-tips. The single delay that affects all tool-tips is just too broad of an option.

I've seen a few people asking to split tool-tips into at least 2 categories, with a slider to set the delay on each. For example:

1) dynamic information - the tool-tips that appear when you mouse over modules in the fitting window or the hud, also information like capacitor level, warp speed etc..

2) static information - the tool-tips that appear and tell you which shortcut key activates that particular action, like warp to, dock, or open items etc..

If you could implement something like this it'd solve a lot of issues people have in one swoop.
